Here's a little about me:

I believe that every mom deserves to feel strong, confident, and healthy, inside and out. That’s why I’m so passionate about strength training, getting outside for fresh air & movement, and creating food freedom that’s enjoyable and flexible.

My mission is to help other moms build simple, sustainable habits that not only support long-term health, but actually work with your busy life as a mom.

Personal Life:
I’m a married mama of two beautiful children (a sweet & silly toddler boy and a laid-back, happy baby girl). I live in Western MA with my husband, kids, and two crazy rescue dogs. I love going out to eat (esp. Mexican), live music, hiking, New England sports, road trips, sunsets, & iced coffee.
